I am a self taught digital & traditional artist who takes art as an hobby and a part time job.
I specialize in drawing animalistic figures and as of now studying human anatomy as well as painting.
My love for drawing and painting arose back in my childhood days and has not stopped since, with my willingness to become better only strenghtening througout the years.
I always aspire to make other young artists and people alike try to make art of their own, and find a branch that is most suited for them, as a concequence I plan to proceed with that goal until the brink of my artistic & creative journey, as well as it's eventual end.

' this will be specified to the client if a commission of such nature is being ordered

~ - INITIATION -~

• When it comes to commissioning, a customer is required to present an image on which the character is clearly visible, where all of said characters characteristic markings are easily distinctable. If such conditions are not met, the artist is NOT viable, and CANNOT be held accountable for delivering a product which differs from the original, or in turn, does not meet the clients expectations.
• As a form of better understanding the entity that the artist is commissioned to draw, the customer, if they so wish, can submit a short description of the character that better explains it's demeanor. (This again, is not required and is up to the commissioner to decide.)

~ - PAYMENT - ~

• The valid currencies, and the only ones accepted are:
- United States Dollar ( USD / $ )
- Euro ( EUR / € )
- if premitted ; other currencies• When it comes to paying with a currency that is not one of the listed (such as points from other web sites, and in-game currencies) the commissioner is required to convert one of the stated currencies to the desired one in a ratio of 1 : x ( the amount of the wanted fund that exuals to one USD / EUR ).
• When it comes to paying for the artworks, it is desierable for the customer to pay through 'Goods and Serivces' on PayPal, that way the transactions stay professional and both parties have recepits to show a sucessfull business excahnge.
• If a customer decides to do business, they confirm that they are agreeing to the set 'Terms and Services' , and are willing to use my goods, they cannot abort out of it without paying a cancelation fee ( it results 15% of the agreed price ).
- If a reason for cancellation is urgent, and the customer can proove so, the cancellation can carry on without a cancellation fee.

~ - OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK - ~

• The customer is allowed to use the commission piece or other services for their own personal use (such as posting it on their social media, using it as a reference for future artworks, etc.), but the signature on the artwork needs to be visible.
• When it comes to goods such as adopts and customs, the customer is not allowed to sell the service if the date since the purchase does not exceed 2 months. '
• The customer is not allowed to make any changes on the artwork, such as recoloring, tracing, etc. if the permission was not given.
• The customer is allowed to make prints of the artwork, but only for personal use.
• The customer has no rights in removing the watermark.
' this measure is here due to scandals of reselling after buying with intention to make profit.
• The artist is allowed to use previously mentioned artwork and/or other pieces of media created by them to promote oneself and thier work.

BY ORDERING MY SERVICES YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU READ MY TERMS OF SERVICE AND THAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO FOLLOW EVERYTHING THAT IS WRITTEN IN IT, IF NOT YOU ARE RISKING GETTING PUT ON A BLACKLIST!
